This course provides an overview of the limited practice radiography profession and responsibilities. Emphasis is placed on basic principles of routine emergency patient care, radiation protection, ethical practices, patient assessment, medical terminology, and infection control. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate basic skills in these areas.
